The site is written in spare time by a few home cooks, and we would rather spend that time testing ratios and checking sources than answering mail we could not do justice to. We also cannot answer questions about anyone’s own diet or health, and we have no orders, accounts or refunds to deal with, because nothing here has ever been for sale.
